Terms and Conditions
• The trip will commence promptly at the designated start time, and the itinerary will be followed according to schedule. Any additional visits or changes in the plan must be made within the available time frame to ensure timely return. Please ensure to be ready on time to avoid any delays.
• Customers may request to visit destinations not included in the original itinerary. These visits can be arranged at an extra cost and are subject to the availability of time and feasibility. Please inform us or the driver in advance if you wish to alter the travel plan.
• In certain areas, customers are not permitted to take photos or step out of the vehicle. Please adhere to the driver’s instructions at all times.
• No glass bottles, plastic bottles, or wrappers should be thrown out of the vehicle. Please use the trash bags provided in the vehicle, and dispose of waste in designated bins upon return to Valparai.
• Disturbing wildlife in any form, including shouting at animals, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in fines ranging from ₹1,500.00 to ₹25,000.00, as determined by the forest department.
• CMS Travels is not responsible for not transferring you on time as per the itinerary to the tourist sites/temples/monuments because of bad weather, road blocks due to strikes or issues with any political parties/organizations/associations, bad road conditions, and wildlife encounters.
• Due to natural calamities, we cannot cancel the booking or change the plan after the pick-up is scheduled.
• CMS Travels is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural calamities/disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).
• CMS Travels is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a package.
